Visual check of all walls, windows, ceilings and floors

Run all faucets and  flush toilets

Run garbage disposal

Check appliances

Check Thermostat

Add water to evaporation buckets ( if applicable)

Ensure all windows and doors are locked

Water all indoor plants ( up to 5) (weekly only)

Check for termites and other pests

Remove all flyers & papers on drive and entry

Visually check roof for damage (from ground)

Check water level & clarity of pool (if applicable)

Visually check exterior stucco, etc. for damage

Visually inspect landscaping

Monitor service providers (pest, pool, landscaping)

Check for termite tubes and other pests

Retrieve mail

Check condensate drain lines for proper operation
